Terms of Use
Ready Maids Cleaning Services

By booking a service through the Ready Maids mobile app, website, or WhatsApp, you agree to the following Terms of Use, which govern your relationship with Ready Maids Cleaning Services.
1. Company Role
Ready Maids (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is the direct provider of all cleaning services booked through our official channels:
- Ready Maids mobile app (Android & iOS)
- Website: www.readymaids.ae
- WhatsApp or Phone: 04 396 6779
All services are managed and delivered directly by Ready Maids staff. We do not outsource or resell services to third parties.
2. Booking and Payment
- Bookings must be made via the Ready Maids app, WhatsApp, or phone.
- Payments can be made online using Visa or MasterCard in AED.
- All payment information is securely processed; we do not store or share card details with third parties.
- You authorize Ready Maids to charge your saved card for:
- Completed services,
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations,
- Any unpaid balances due after services are rendered.
- This authorization includes one-time and follow-up attempts to recover failed or declined transactions.
- Chargebacks filed without valid cause are considered a breach of terms and may result in legal action.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations or changes must be made at least 6 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to AED 100.
- No-shows or failure to allow staff entry may result in full service charge.
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed via the original payment method.
- Refunds are not provided if the service was completed unless a company-proven service failure occurred.
4. Staff Protection and Customer Conduct
- Clients must ensure a safe, respectful, and hygienic environment for our staff.
- Any form of verbal abuse, harassment, or threats will result in immediate cancellation and a permanent ban.
- We reserve the right to take legal action in case of staff endangerment or property damage caused by the customer.
5. Service Liability and Claims
- Ready Maids is not liable for:
- Damage to unsecured valuables or fragile items,
- Pre-existing issues with plumbing, electricals, or furniture,
- Indirect or incidental damages.
- All claims must be reported within:
- 24 hours for property damage
- 48 hours for missing or stolen items
6. Service Refusal and Account Suspension
- We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service to any client who violates these terms,
- Cancel any future bookings,
- Block access to our app for abuse, fraud, or misconduct.
7. Platform Usage
- All official bookings must be made via:

- Misuse of the booking system (false bookings, fake information, abuse) will result in account suspension and possible legal action.
8. Privacy and Communication
- Your personal data is used according to our Privacy Policy and UAE data protection laws.
- By booking with Ready Maids, you agree to receive service-related messages via:
- WhatsApp, SMS, phone calls, and emails.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be resolved through the Main Courts of Dubai.
10. Updates and Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of the current version.
